How can i show post purchase upsell offer to specific customers ?

You can easily display post purchase upsell offer to specific customers using customer tags. Follow the steps given bellow.

1. Open the Checkout Extensions app from your Shopify admin, then click on “Post purchase upsell” in the app navigation menu.

   

2. Then the first thing to do is enable Post Purchase page from checkout setting. please see the screenshot bellow.

   

   Then scroll up and select Checkout Extension and save .

   

3. After that, click on “Display Rules” to add conditions for this upsell, then click the “Add rule” button to define your targeting.

4. In the popup, choose "Target by Customer Tags" to define your targeting condition. After selecting it, close the popup and configure according your requirement.

5. Once you’ve configured your extension settings, click “Save” to apply the changes.
