How can I display the upsell widget specifically for subscribed customers?
You can easily show upsell widgets based on subscribed customers
Please follow the steps given below
- Open the Checkout Extension Pro app from your Shopify admin, then click on “Offers” in the app navigation menu.
- In the “Offers” page, you’ll see a list of all your existing upsell offers. If you haven’t created any yet, click the “Add checkout upsell” button to create a new offer.
- You’ll be taken to the new upsell page. Go to the “Manually add products to this upsell” section to choose and configure the products you want to display in the upsell offer.
- Click on the Status button to enable rule setup. Then, click on the Add Rule button to define the conditions for your upsell offer.
- In the popup, choose "Target by Subscription Status" to define your targeting condition. After selecting it, close the popup.
- Once you’ve configured your upsell, click “Save” to apply the changes. Then, copy the Upsell ID and click on “Add this to checkout page”. You’ll be redirected to the Checkout Editor, where you can add this upsell to your checkout page.
- In the Checkout Editor, locate the Checkout Extensions app. From the available blocks, add the “Checkout upsell” block to your checkout page layout.
- After adding the Checkout upsell block, open its settings and paste the Upsell ID you copied earlier. Click “Save” to apply the changes — your upsell is now live on the checkout page!
Note: To display the upsell on your live store, make sure you are on the Premium Plan of Checkout Extensions. Merchants on the Free Plan can configure upsell settings, but the upsell will not appear on the live checkout page until the Premium Plan is active
