What is the way to hide shipping methods?

You can hide the shipping method by going to Shipping Customization.

Follow the steps below -

  1. Go to the app dashboard and click on the Manage button in Shipping methods customization.


  1. After that you can create your own rules to hide shipping method according to specific condition

  1. Then select the type for which you want to create a rule then you can define rule name and dont forgot to set status active.

Note - you can see the screenshot below where you can select type , add rule name and set status.

Note - this rule will work only when status will be Active

  1. After this you can set the conditions, there are many ways to set conditions like according to the cart, product, customers, shipping etc.

Note - Suppose you have set a condition according to cart total, if the condition matches then the specific shipping method will be hidden.

Note - you can set one or more conditions


  1. Finally, you must save your changes
